Medically Integrated Program: Dynamic Movement for Stability and Balance on Mondays and Wednesdays

At Norterre, our medical programs offer two unique and essential components– nutritional coaching/education and exercise. This allows for a significant impact on the end result. Our Programs are for those with medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s, cancer, and arthritis. They are also recommended to reduce fall risks and prevent future health challenges. On Mondays and Wednesdays, our program focuses on Stability and Balance. An evidence referenced professionally supported program designed for those looking to return to a healthy state of being after a medical diagnosis. In conjunction with nutrition education, Dynamic Movement utilizes the benefits of indoor cycling in combination with core, balance and reactive training to improve function of daily life. The program includes a preliminary health screening for each participant prior to the program’s start date. This 12-week program meets twice weekly.
