Teen Small Group Fitness Classes

Summer is a great time to try new things, like a new fitness regimen.
We have small group training for those just getting into fitness and high-performance athletes.

Classes must be paid in full before the first day of class.

You Go Girl with Kayla
You Go Girl focuses on Nutrition, Exercise,and Body Image.
JULY 9-AUGUST 1 TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS NOON-1:00PM
Tuesday: 1 Hour Workout
Thursday: 30 minute nutrition/snack discussion
Followed by a 30-minute workout

Beginner’s Fitness for Guys with Ammon
Beginner’s Fitness offers weight training and workouts. This is a great class to begin an active routine!
JULY 9-AUGUST 1 TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 11:00AM-NOON
Tuesday: 1 Hour Workout
Thursday: 30 minute nutrition/snack discussion
Followed by a 30-minute workout

Speed & Conditioning offers student athletes a competitive edge this summer. Athletes will focus on speed, agility and power.
